Anti-Trafficking Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Glocal Workforce Nepal maintains a zero-tolerance policy on human trafficking, forced labour, debt bondage, and any form of unethical recruitment. We comply fully with Nepal's Human Trafficking and Transportation (Control) Act 2007, the Foreign Employment Act 2007, and the ILO Fair Recruitment Principles.

Our commitments

  • Every worker keeps their original passport and certificates
  • No worker-paid fees above DOFE-approved limits
  • Written contract issued before flight, in a language the worker understands
  • Welfare-fund enrolment for every worker
  • 24/7 worker hotline and embassy escalation when issues arise

Reporting

Suspected trafficking or unethical conduct — by any agency, including ours — can be reported confidentially via our complaint procedure or directly to DOFE.
