Ethical Recruitment Policy

Glocal Workforce Nepal Pvt. Ltd. has publicly committed to the ILO Fair Recruitment Principles and the IRIS Standard for Ethical Recruitment. This policy is the operating expression of that commitment.

Core principles

1. No recruitment fees or related costs charged to workers above DOFE-approved limits.
2. Freedom of movement — workers keep their own documents at all times.
3. No deceptive recruitment — contracts match published roles exactly.
4. Respect for workers' right to organise and bargain collectively.
5. No discrimination on grounds of gender, caste, ethnicity, religion or age.
6. Right to remedy — accessible, confidential complaint procedure.

Accountability

We publish our complaint procedure publicly and welcome verification of our practices by independent auditors or by DOFE.
