Who we are

Glocal Workforce Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (GWN) is a government-licensed manpower recruitment agency based in Battishputali-9, Kathmandu. We operate under DOFE Licence No. 1722/081/082, with a leadership team carrying over 25 years of combined experience in Nepal's foreign-employment industry.

We supply skilled, semi-skilled and professional Nepali workers to reputable employers across the Gulf, Europe, and Asia. Our work covers everything from sourcing and screening, to trade-testing, DOFE pre-approval, medical coordination, visa stamping, and pre-departure orientation. We stand behind every placement with end-to-end support — including welfare check-ins, embassy escalation, and reintegration help for returning workers.

What sets us apart

  • Ethical recruitment by design. We follow ILO Fair Recruitment Principles, never charge candidates above DOFE-approved service-charge limits, and refuse engagements that breach our ethical pledge.
  • Direct employer relationships. We work directly with 270+ employers — no chain of sub-agents, no opaque commission structures.
  • End-to-end documentation in-house. Demand letter attestation, DOFE pre-approval, GAMCA medical coordination, embassy paperwork — all handled by our team.
  • Country-specific expertise. Dedicated desks for the Gulf, Europe (with deep coverage of Poland, Romania, Croatia, Czech Republic, Malta, Portugal), and Asia (Malaysia, Japan SSW, South Korea EPS).
  • Worker welfare beyond placement. 24-hour WhatsApp support, contract advocacy, wage-dispute escalation, repatriation assistance and post-return reintegration counselling.

Our mission

To be the most trusted bridge between Nepali workers and global employers — opening pathways to dignified, well-paid work abroad while raising the bar for ethical recruitment in Nepal.

Our vision

A future where every Nepali worker abroad earns fairly, returns safely, and re-enters the home economy with skills and savings — and where Nepal is recognised globally as a source of skilled, reliable, well-protected labour.
