Hire Skilled Nepali Workers — Ethical, Compliant, Fast
From construction and hospitality to healthcare, engineering and logistics — Glocal Workforce Nepal supplies pre-screened, DOFE-approved Nepali workers to 270+ employers across 28 countries. Deployment in 30–60 days.
Why 270+ global employers trust Glocal Workforce
We have built our employer client base on three principles: direct sourcing without sub-agents, full DOFE compliance documentation handled in-house, and end-to-end deployment in 30–60 days.
Demand letter drafting and attestation, DOFE pre-approval, vacancy announcement, contract review and worker welfare fund enrolment — all handled by our dedicated compliance team under one roof. No outsourcing, no delays.
We maintain a live, structured database of over 12,000 pre-screened candidates with verified skills, trade-test results, medical fitness records and prior overseas experience. You get shortlists, not raw CVs.
From receiving your signed demand letter to your workers boarding their flight — our standard timeline is 30–60 days. Priority engagements with urgent timelines can be handled with a dedicated fast-track team.
We are aligned with ILO Fair Recruitment Principles and IRIS standards. Worker-paid fees never exceed DOFE-approved limits. We refuse engagements that require workers to pay visa costs or excessive service charges.
Dedicated desks for Gulf countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), Europe (Poland, Romania, Croatia, Czech Republic, Malta, Portugal) and Asia (Malaysia, Japan SSW, South Korea EPS). Each desk knows the local compliance requirements.
Our relationship does not end at the airport. We provide ongoing welfare check-ins, contract advocacy, wage-dispute escalation, and repatriation assistance throughout the employment contract.

What makes Nepali workers stand out
Employers across the Gulf, Europe and Asia consistently rate Nepali workers among the best. Here is why.
Strong Work Ethic
Nepali workers are globally recognised for their discipline, resilience and dedication. Employers across the Gulf and Europe repeatedly re-hire Nepali workers — a testament to the quality and reliability you can expect on site.
English Proficiency
Nepal's education system is English-medium. The majority of our candidates can communicate confidently in English, reducing the training curve for supervisors and enabling faster onboarding.
Adaptability & Team Spirit
Nepali workers adapt quickly to new environments, follow instructions well, and integrate seamlessly into multinational teams — a direct reflection of Nepal's culture of respect and community.
Trade-Tested & Certified
Many of our candidates hold CTEVT (Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training) certificates and have passed destination-specific trade tests — giving employers confidence in verifiable skill levels.
Cost-Competitive
Nepali workers provide exceptional value: technically skilled, easy to retain, and aligned to Gulf & European salary benchmarks without hidden premiums. Turnover rates are significantly below regional averages.
DOFE-Pre-Approved Pipeline
Our candidate database is pre-screened against DOFE eligibility criteria. When you need to fill roles quickly, we don't start from scratch — we already have qualified candidates ready.

Every placement we facilitate meets Nepali law, destination-country immigration requirements, and internationally recognised ethical recruitment standards.
DOFE Licence 1722/081/082
We hold a current, valid licence from the Department of Foreign Employment, Government of Nepal. Every placement passes through DOFE pre-approval, attested demand letter, and official labour permit.
ILO Fair Recruitment Principles
We are publicly pledged to ILO Fair Recruitment Principles. Worker-paid fees never exceed DOFE-approved service-charge limits. We refuse engagements that require workers to pay visa costs or air tickets.
FEPB Welfare Fund Coverage
Every worker we deploy is enrolled in Nepal's Foreign Employment Promotion Board welfare fund, providing accident, illness and death cover for the duration of their contract abroad.
Transparent Documentation
All contracts, demand letters and worker agreements are reviewed by our compliance team before signing. Workers receive full documentation in Nepali and the destination-country language.
Destination-Country Compliance
Our destination desks monitor changing visa regulations, quota systems (Japan SSW, Korea EPS, Malaysia levy) and new bilateral labour agreements to keep your recruitment pipeline open.
No Sub-Agent Chains
We work directly with employers — no chains of sub-agents, no opaque commission structures. You always know exactly who is handling your account and their credentials.
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often from employers considering hiring Nepali workers.
How long does it take to hire workers from Nepal?
The standard end-to-end timeline is 30–60 days from receipt of the attested demand letter. This covers DOFE pre-approval (5–10 working days), candidate sourcing and interviews (7–14 days), trade testing and medical clearance (7–14 days), and visa processing and pre-departure (7–14 days). Priority processing is available for urgent requirements.
What documents does an employer need to provide?
The core document is a demand letter on company letterhead, listing job titles, quantities, salary and benefits. This must be notarised in the destination country, attested by Nepal's embassy there, and then verified by Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs before DOFE filing. We guide you through every step and can draft the letter for your review.
What are your fees as a recruitment agency?
Our fee structure is transparent and agreed upfront in a Memorandum of Understanding. Agency fees are charged to the employer — we do not charge workers above DOFE-approved service-charge limits. We will share a detailed fee schedule during the initial consultation.
Can I interview candidates before they are selected?
Yes. Employer interviews are a standard step in our process. We coordinate video calls, in-person visits to our Kathmandu office, or arrangements at trade-test centres. We also provide translation services if required.
Do the workers speak English?
Most of our candidates have functional English communication skills. Nepal's school curriculum is English-medium. For technical roles, we can test language proficiency and provide language certificates. For hospitality and healthcare roles, strong English speakers are available on request.
What happens if a worker leaves or needs to be replaced?
Our agreements include a replacement clause for workers who leave or are found unsuitable during the initial probation period, subject to the terms of the MoU. Contact your account manager and we will initiate the replacement process at no additional sourcing cost.
Are your workers medically cleared before departure?
Yes. All workers undergo a destination-specific medical examination — GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centres Association) for GCC countries, and country-specific clinics for Europe and Asia. Only medically fit candidates proceed to visa stamping.
